I write in relation to the recent house move we undertook. My wife approached a number of removal companies when we had decided to move and requested quotes from all of them including a number of national firms. After receiving the quotes we were very pleased that Excalibur was incredibly competitive and wherever possible we always like to support local family businesses so we decided to use your services.

From the initial quote by Andrew through to the job being completed we were incredibly impressed, the level of professionalism plus the friendly service made the whole experience totally stress free and easy!

With boxes pre-delivered well in advance of the move date long with packing tape we were able to have almost everything ready to go on the morning of the move. Excalibur arrived promptly at 8.30 and set about moving us from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bed townhouse. I had in mind that it would take 6-8 hours but in fact they achieved this task in just 4 hours!

The guys who did the work were great, they were so efficient but still chatted to me throughout – I know if I was carrying all the boxes I would have been exhausted by 12.30 we were in with no damage or breakages, simply brilliant.

I cannot stop raving about the speed and ease of using Excalibur – I would recommend you to anyone and hope that this letter will go some way to demonstrate to other customers the reasons why they should choose Excalibur – if they want to question me on it then feel free!

My wife and I would have no hesitations in using your services again and when we move we move next (although I think we may wait a bit we would definitely use Excalibur without a doubt.

From the initial quotation you answered every question throughly ensuring I understood everything with regards to packing, etc… The boxes you supplied arrived promptly leaving plenty of time to pack, and you arrived exactly as agreed on the day.

I couldn’t believe how quickly all the furniture and boxes were loaded into the van (considering I was moving from a 2nd floor flat). There were absolutely no issues and I’m very grateful for the extra care you took when moving my piano and ensuring it was fully protected in bubble wrap and blankets. The whole flat was empty in less than 2 hours. The move into my new place was even quicker!
