    Andy and the team provide an outstanding service. Communication is importantly prompt and concise. Having compared a number of local providers and having used their service from a value and quality perspective they are A1!     These guys are so great.Came out and did a full quote for moving. Really good price.They’re really friendly and made me feel at ease, because I was in over my head.Arrived exactly when they said they would on the day.Had me packed up in a matter of hours, and deposited the other end. They even went out of their way to move something to a different house.Friendly and professional the whole way through. We had a right giggle, they made the whole experience fun.I would 100% recommend.

    WOW, the best service ever!!!The guys were very professional & efficient! Our furniture was treated so well, all wrapped in covers. Andy & his team worked well together & were very fast & careful ... they even considered that the weather was rainy/muddy and covered the cream carpets with blanket coverings so no marks were left behind.Pricing was the best out of 3 different quotes, very reasonable & worth every penny!!We will definitely use them again & will most definitely recommend them to anyone needing a removal company.Mandy & Glynn

    I chose Excalibur Removals out of a number of removal companies because their quote was competitive and insurance was included, not a chargeable extra.It was also pleasing to be able to support a local family run business.I made use of their packing service which was excellent, done in a morning, whereas the job would have taken me several days.The move itself was done efficiently and carefully with staff good humoured and helpful all the time.I would have no hesitation in recommending Excalibur Removals to anyone

    Hiring Andy gives us peace of mind knowing they will take care of our moving professionally and leave us nothing to worry about. It’s money well spent. Our flat has lift but can’t use one to move furniture, so Andy and team needed to back and forth for hours but always with smile (and sweat of course!) never i heard them grumpy, they also very careful with our things. I am thankful for them and i highly recommended them for anyone in Bristol looking for a reliable moving company that gives you a piece of mind.

    Andy and his team have been amazing throughout my recent move. They removed everything from my old home, placed in storage then moved everything out of storage and into my new home. Every interaction with Andy (phone, email, in person) was positive - he quickly answered all of my queries, explained how the process would work and made sure that I was comfortable with everything.On both the moving out and the moving in days - Andy and his team (Matt and Dan) were incredibly quick and well organised, professional, warm, friendly and caring.     Brilliant removal company! I've already recommended to friends. Really reasonably priced and all-round trustworthy and efficient guys. Andy came out to quote and packed up our belongings making our house move that much less stressful.They were friendly, on-time, reliable and quick! All of our belongings were unpacked in our new home in great condition. Breakables were wrapped very carefully. Nothing was too much trouble for them.Great communication about timings and how the move would work. Although there wasn't much notice with our moving date, Andy made it work around the jobs they already had on.I'd 100% use this company again and recommend to anyone who wants a stress-free move. It was worth every penny!

    The service from Andy and Excalibur has been phenomenal. We have now used them twice. The first time, we had very short notice, and through great communication and back and forth, Andy found a way to make the date work. It felt like a genuine commitment to making things work. Punctual, communicative, supportive throughout. We were impressed. So we booked the next part of the move for three months later, and once again Excalibur were amazing.The way our items were taken care of was great.
