What To Do In Bristol In November

If you’ve just sorted out Bristol removals and are now safely ensconced in your new home, you can think about getting out and about to explore the local area. But what should you do first?

You’ll be pleased to know there’s lots going on this month, so the chances of you being bored are very slim indeed. There is, for example, The Grinning Man at the Bristol Old Vic which is on until the 13th(a wickedly wild new musical that gives you a glimpse into an alternate historical reality). Or you could catch Billy Elliot at the Bristol Hippodrome until the 26th, another great stage show that you really must go and see at least once.

And don’t forget that the Christmas Ice Rink and Festive Fair in Millennium Square has just opened and will be on until January 3rd, so there’s plenty of time for you to get into the festive spirit of it all. You’ll also find a number of chalet stalls selling lots of tasty treats and a bar that has rooftop views of the ice rink.

From November 11th, the Christmas Markets will open up in the Shopping Quarter so make sure you put this on your to-do list as soon as you can. Authentic German food and drink, and homemade crafts, are on offer, as well as a new bar and beer garden.

Those of you who are free on the 12th of the month might want to make your way to Lou Lou’s Bristol Vintage Fair at The Passenger Shed as well. This close to Christmas, you’re sure to find some unique presents to give to your nearest and dearest!
